Yes - very professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely recommend you to others!
Walkers TipEvery four or five days, take a break from walking so you can absorb more local color. (We learned this two years ago on the Coast to Coast walk but didn't do it this trip until St. Ives.) Don't skip Devon and northern Cornwall - that is some of the most picturesque and wild country. Sturdy low cut hiking boots work fine, one does not need high top boots.
Kwan was very helpful in suggesting itinerary, especially a days rest in St Ives - a beautiful spot to spend a day doing whatever - had the opportunity to explore the town and actually do a spot of shopping without having to rush. It was an easy holiday to plan with Kwan's help. Loved the book provided - suggested this book to several people we met on the Coastal Path and the detailed maps are great as you can pinpoint exactly where you are when you pass a way point. Plastic sleeve is great for keeping everything intact.
Yes! This is the first time I've arranged a trip like this, and it could easily become my favorite way to travel. The selected route was just what we were looking for, and everyone we engaged with was so kind, competent, and well-organized. The standard of accommodation was ideal.
