We never forget that it is your holiday and we want you to be happy with all the arrangements. We will prepare a provisional holiday itinerary within two weeks of receiving your booking and forward it to you for your approval. This will contain full details of the accommodation we are suggesting, including website links where they are available, any suggestions for accommodation upgrades if requested. We ask you to approve our choices before confirming the itinerary. This gives you the opportunity to review the itinerary and propose changes if required before it is finalised. A copy of an example of our holiday itinerary can be downloaded here. If any changes are required we will incorporate them in the itinerary and send you a revised version for approval.
We would always suggest that you wait until you receive your holiday itinerary for approval before booking any travel arrangements. You will receive this within two weeks of your booking, but sometimes sooner. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Your holiday balance is due no later than six weeks before the start of your holiday. We will send you an e-invoice at this time to enable you to pay the outstanding balance. Some overseas clients find it beneficial to pay the holiday balance earlier to take advantage of favourable exchange rates. We are happy to oblige in these circumstances and will send an invoice to you on request if you wish to pay before the due date.
We will send your holiday pack at least two weeks before the start of your holiday and earlier for our overseas clients to ensure that it arrives in plenty of time to enable you to review all the information before starting your holiday. Further details about the contents of your holiday pack can be found here.
