specialise in self-guided, pack-free walking / hiking
holidays and short breaks in the Westcountry. Our walking tours
cover some of the best of England's scenery with grand cliffs
and seascapes, rugged moorland and picturesque villages.
There are no set dates for our self-guided walking tours. You choose your dates and a walking route and let us take care of everything.
The
South West Coast Path, from Minehead in Somerset
to Poole in Dorset, (at 630 miles, the longest walking trail in
England), offers endless walking holiday opportunities and choices.
Dartmoor
and Exmoor,
steeped in history and legend, two of the most famous moors in
England. A great venue for a walking holiday.
New for 2008 in partnership with the
White Hart Hotel
in Moretonhampstead we have put together a special
short break package to include two nights accommodation in a superior room and two circular walks from the hotel.
Two
Moors offers a walking vacation that combines both
the Dartmoor and Exmoor walks.
The
Macmillan Way - Beginning at Boston, on Lincolnshire's
North Sea Coast, through the heart of some of England's best countryside,
including the Cotswolds, to Abbotsbury on Dorset's English Channel
Coast. 290 miles, 27 sections for you to choose from.
The
Tarka Trail - A circular Tour beginning and ending
at Barnstaple in north Devon, taking in The Exmoor National Park
and the Spectacular North Devon Coast. The tour takes its inspiration
from Henry Williamson's classic book 'Tarka the Otter', which
was filmed around here.
